Excellent — we always encourage our subscribers to be diligent about how their data is handled. This article will give you a quick overview of all the security measures in place at SyncApps.
SyncApps data security for our subscribers has been goal number one since 2009 when we began and we’ve never experienced a data breach.
Keeping your data safe and secure is our top priority at SyncApps. Our global teams work hard to make sure SyncApps is protected 24/7 from threats, both internal and external. What we have found over the years working with our subscribers to build the best iPaaS platform for Salesforce and NetSuite is that the closer we align our goals with yours is the key to success.
SyncApps is powered by Rackspace’s powerful data centers, which are protected by state-of-the-art enterprise-class physical and firewall security so you know your data is always safe as it moves through your 256-Bit SSL Bank-level secure SyncApps Platform.
Our internal security experts together with Rackspace’s team work hand in hand to make sure your data is transferred safe and stays safe end-to-end.
The data that is being shown in the processed emails are generated in the Sync Process only and are not stored in our database, which means these data are not retrievable and not usable in future software operations as this is only meant for reporting purposes.
All our SyncApps site pages run on “HTTPS,” and the connection to our SyncApps site is encrypted and authenticated using TLS 1.2 (a strong protocol), ECDHE_RSA with P-256 (a strong key exchange), and AES_128_GCM (a strong cipher).
Meaning, we use AES encryption to encrypt API keys, tokens, and all credentials. They are encrypted at the record level. All information, HTTP requests (get, post, etc.) are encrypted, so you are in good hands with our iPaaS platform trusted by small businesses to large enterprises today.
Cazoomi also goes through security reviews and penetration tests performed by 3rd party security firms yearly.
SyncApps does not store any customer data outside of name, email, and contact information upon signup.
