How Cazoomi came about

Our brand started way back in 2009 when we were all just a bunch of NetSuite, Salesforce and RSA consultants tring to survive the downturn of 2008 in the Bay Area. Our implementation and support for those projects all centered out of India and the Philippines at night while the consultations in the Bay Area were done each day.

Cazoomi, our brand, was derived from the Japanese word "和美" (Ka Zumi) meaning "beautiful harmony," (I think my daughter and I came up with that one weekend as we played with names as we both speak Japanese) and orginally we just started out as a services company doing implementations around Boomi, NetSuite, Salesforce and other enterprise level software.

In 2009 to 2010 we started creating and implementing Snaps, or the integrations for a company called SnapLogic, who turned out to be a huge player in the industry we landed up in today called iPaaS. We decided in 2010 to move all our integrations off that platform and start our own called SyncApps®, which launched in March 2011.

Today, Cazoomi has grown into a NetSuite & Salesforce Solutions Partner enabling Salesforce, NetSuite, and other software to talk to each other using SyncApps®. What started as a way to survive as consultants in the Great Recession scaled into a platform today that continues to drive value for Salesforce, NetSuite, and other software.
