It’s that time of year again, it’s time for our Quarterly Features Announcement for Q4 2017! To reiterate, as we have mentioned a number of months ago in a post about our New SyncApps Features Update, we will be collecting SyncApps new features and enhancements for every quarter and placing them in a single post. Over 40+ features and enhancements have been released by our Technical Team for the last quarter of last year. What a perfect way to end 2017!

- NetSuite for Handshake: Retrieve Contact’s customer fields – price level for Handshake subscribers
- NetSuite for HandShake: Added support for other change items
- NetSuite for HandShake: Added our popular Full Sync feature for items
- NetSuite for HandShake: Added option to always use NetSuite base unit
- Zoho CRM: Automatically create a Zoho CRM Campaign to store Marketing Automation Campaign Responses
- Zoho CRM: Sync Constant Contact Forwards to Campaign Response Custom Modules
- Zoho CRM: Enable ability to execute Workflow trigger for custom module insert/update
- Zoho CRM Integrations: Support for using CRM ‘List Views‘ from Zoho CRM;
- NetSuite Integrations: Implemented custom opt-out field feature for all Marketing Automation software supported
- NetSuite Integrations: NetSuite Dynamic Saved Search: Added support for multiple-based Saved Searches
- Zendesk for NetSuite: Added option to not use External ID for Zendesk User sync
- Zendesk for NetSuite: Customized installable Zendesk App to retrieve all custom fields
- MailChimp Integrations: Rolled out support for Static Segments. This feature is very useful to CRM, Financial, and especially for eCommerce integrations like MINDBODY
ActiveCampaign for NetSuite
- ActiveCampaign for NetSuite: Enhanced ‘id’ data type for a tighter integration
MINDBODY for Sage Intacct
- MINDBODY to Sage Intacct: Enhancement to support accounting rounding variations
- MINDBODY for Sage Intacct: Refund with $0 value enhanced to sync to Sage Intacct
- MINDBODY for Sage Intacct: Restricted integration of invalid email addresses
- MINDBODY to Sage Intacct: Enhancement to support accounting rounding variations
- Pipeliner: Added support for resubscribe (removing opt-out flag) from all Marketing Automation software supported
- Pipeliner: Support for US based configurations in app experience
- Salesforce: Rolled out support for character limit for additional information to Campaign name for note title
Dynamics 365 Integrations
- Dynamics 365: Added customization to retrieve fewer records per page for faster integration sync times

Sage Intacct Integrations
- Sage Intacct: ‘Discount’ support for number rounding from MINDBODY
- Eventbrite: Removed restriction when unchecking/updating EVENTBRITE_SELECT_SPECIFIC_EVENTS
- HandShake for Xero: Customer custom fields available for all line items
Q4 SyncApps Enhancements
- Xero Filtering and Segmentation feature for MailChimp and Constant Contact
- SyncNotes around Zendesk for NetSuite to include more specific integration scenarios
- Redesigned the way subscribers reset their passwords and its integration embedded functionality
- Act-On NULL/Blank Field for CRM update support rolled out
- HubSpot Integrations: Create list enhancement for Zoho CRM, NetSuite and others
- Sync Profile Creation steps enhanced to show a more guided experience
- MINDBODY Configuration UI display now has step by step actions
- Zendesk for NetSuite: Field Mapping Identifier (Ticket/Customer) rolled out
- Salesforce Integrations: Custom opt-out field support for Account object type
- ActiveCampaign for NetSuite: Integer data field types supported
- MINDBODY for Sage Intacct: Customer search functionality enhanced
- Dynamics 365: Better exception handling for CRM 365
- Zoho CRM: Improved caching for changing from Lead to Contact
